Please keep the cake refrigerated (0-4 °C) after collection and allow the cake to sit at room temperature for 30 - 45 minutes before serving. The cake can be refrigerated for maximum 2 days however it’s advisable to consume within the day of purchase.

Very nice and not too sweet which I like

Generally okay

lemon taste is more than earl grey but overall is good. A small piece is good enough each time as it tends to be slightly bored with the flavour if eat too much in one go. Get a 0.7kg is good enough.
