My loved one really liked the cake. I had to change the delivery time due to personal reasons, and the customer service replied with professionalism. Got the time changed in no time. Definitely 10/10 experience.
The strawberry is a bit sour and definitely would be better if quality of strawberry is improved
You can see from the picture attached that the strawberries on top of the cake are actually DECAYED! Most of them have turned DARK and SOFT, and you can see the WOUNDS on them.
We would not eat any fruit in such a condition. We have no choice and threw the cake away. This totally ruin my Valentine’s Day!!!
It’s a simple light sponge cake….a bit dry to my liking but my daughter loved it.
But name is spelt wrongly… hmm
