Cake without a name???

Hi, received cake today and very disappointed to see the name is not appear on the cake. What is the point to order cake in advance and just to realize a simple name cannot appear in cake? Isn't it norm to have the names on the cake? which era re we living now? I recommend not to go for this service, I was ok with their pricy price but no name? Big No, suggest to go nearby bakery which they have lot nowdays and get nicely written name on it and worth of price as well.
