Delivering Cakes from Malaysia's Best

The cake was for our corporate event, and as mentioned earlier by email and by phone, we requested for the cake to be delivered by 7pm latest as this was the starting time of our event. On the day of the event, there was ZERO update from your driver from 6-7pm, your team was uncontactable (since your hotline is only until 6:30pm), thus leaving us anxious and scrambling to look for people to contact on your website. We managed to contact someone who informed us that the driver was on the way and arrived only around 7:20pm. Our event time had to be postponed due to the cake being received late. We understand that day was raining heavily but a call/update from the driver or your team would at least have eased our worries as we didn't even know if our cake would arrive at all. Crissy mentioned that the driver should have given us an update but there was none. I suggested to Crissy that for future deliveries beyond 6:30pm, a phone number should at least be provided to the customer to contact for updates and not leave us in the lurch wondering if their cake would even arrive. Overall, the cake was quite tasty and looked good, but our delivery experience was just horrible beyond words. I hope you improve your service in the future.

Yhe logo printed on the cake was awesome altjough we ordered at a very last minite. Good job and jeep it up

Cake was delivered at the right time and was enjoyed by all! Lots of compliments on the softness of the cake. The knife broke because the sheet icing was so terror in keeping the image intact. So many people asked where the cake was from and when I told them the company name everyone said "this is a great motto to live by." Thank you so much. Looking forward to ordering from you all again!
