The cake I ordered for my father's 80th birthday was a complete letdown. Firstly, the overwhelming sweetness of the cake was unbearable. It was so sugary that it overshadowed any other flavor.
Secondly, the shape of the cake was just haphazardly done, giving a very amateurish and unimpressive look. It lacked the finesse and care that one would expect, especially for such a special occasion.
To top it off, the ingredients seemed far from fresh. The taste was stale and lacked the vibrant flavors that fresh ingredients would have provided.
Overall, this cake made what should have been a memorable celebration for my father's 80th birthday into a disappointing experience. I would not recommend this cake to anyone looking for a quality dessert.
