I recently had the pleasure of trying this stunning 4-layer macaron cake, and I’m still dreaming about it! From the moment it arrived, I was blown away by its elegance and craftsmanship. Each layer of the cake is perfectly balanced, offering a light yet satisfying texture. The buttercream filling is an absolute masterpiece—silky smooth, rich, and just the right amount of sweetness that complements the other layers without overpowering them.
The two macarons on top were the perfect finishing touch. Crisp on the outside with a melt-in-your-mouth interior, they added a delightful crunch that paired beautifully with the cake's soft, airy texture. The flavors were vibrant, and you could tell high-quality ingredients were used in every bite.
Not only is this macaron cake a visual showstopper, but it’s also incredibly reasonably priced for such a high-end dessert. The quality and attention to detail are truly 5-star worthy. We had put the cake into a freezer and it tasted like a chocolate ice cream cake. Would recommend to let it defrost and soften before eating it. But feel free to try both method.
The chocolate was also not that sweet, would be suitable for people who do not like too sugary chocolate.
