It's time to hop on the trend of Lotus Speculoos Cookie Cake! Fluffy cake layered with crunchy bits of Speculoos Cookie non dairy cream and cookies.

Remarks: This cake is Vegan, Egg-Free, Dairy-Free and Refined Sugar-free. However, cross contamination might happen as the same kitchen produces cakes contain gluten.

Freshly baked upon orders. Please note that the taste & texture of the cake will be different as it is baked without eggs & milk, specially made for vegan and vegetarian.

All cakes need to defrost the cake at room temperature for 1 hour until cake and cream turn soft. A cake care instruction card will be provided for all orders, if it is a surprised cake delivery, please get receiver to read it carefully.

Care Instructions +

Please keep the cake refrigerated (0-4 °C) after collection and allow the cake to sit at least 1 Hour before serving. The cake can be refrigerated for maximum 2 days however it’s advisable to consume within the day of purchase.

Quite good, but the cake is a lil dry.
