Can I make collection on the day of purchase?
Yes, you may order and receive on the same day for the cakes under 4 hours delivery if the order is made before 2pm on the day itself.
Do you deliver to all parts of Malaysia?
Eat Cake Today currently only delivers to all areas in Klang Valley and Selangor, Our target is to cover the most of Malaysia from time to time. So stay tuned!
How long does it take before my order is delivered?
Eat Cake Today enhances your experience with 4 hours deliveries. Please note that to be able to received your cakes on the day itself, order must be placed by 2pm. We do take advance order up to 1 month in advance of the scheduled date of delivery.
How would I know if my order is confirmed at my specified date and time slot?
An order confirmation email will be sent to your inbox with details of your preferred payment method via Online payment, Credit Cards or Paypal and details of your selected delivery time slot as an confirming details of your order. Please make sure to check the Spam or Junk Folder in your e‐mail if you have not received our order confirmation.
Will you disclose buyer's information to the receiver?
Eat Cake Today will always protect the privacy of the buyer, unless receiver asked for it before wanting to accept the cake. If you wish to alert receiver that the cake delivery is from you, we will suggest you to put your name in the "Message on Card".
If buyer wish us not to disclose your information, please inform us few days in advance before the delivery.
Will you pass the tax receipt to the receiver upon delivery?
Eat Cake Today will not disclose the receipt of the purchase to receiver. The only way to get the receipt is via buyer's email.
How much is delivery?
Delivery fee is being calculated based on baker's location to the delivery location. It starts from RM10 up to max RM40 per cake.
Should delivery be attempted to the specified shipping address and no one happens to be present at the time of delivery nor respond to the calls or messages, an additional fee of RM30 will be charged for re-delivery.

Are your cakes halal?
All listed bakers use halal ingredients and operate from a pork free environment unless clearly stated otherwise.
Wedge slices and square slices, how are they determined?
In every cake product details, we included an indication of how many slices a cake's diameter would yield, eg. 6-inch / 7-inch / 9-inch / 10-inch. This excludes its height and weight consideration.

We have learnt that the cause of this issue is due to accumulated internet cache in browsers. Try clearing it up, it ought to be no problem then on!
I am about to launch into my cake purchase(s). What should I be aware of?
Please keep a look out of the lead time required to ready your cake order, it ranges from 4-hours to 3-days.
If the order is meant to be a gift, please ensure that you are reachable by WhatsApp OR Call OR Email so that we are able to communicate with you, the sender. That way, we won't have to ruin the surprise by having to contact the recipient.
Once orders have been processed, there is no turning back! What this means is, refunds or changes to the orders will not be possible.
During delivery, should the recipient be unavailable to receive the items, deliveries with second attempt will incur an additional charge of RM30. A photograph of the cake with the recipient may also be snapped at the point of delivery drop-off to ensure that we have the person in file who has received the cake (whether it is the customer or someone collecting on their behalf) and that the cake is delivered in one whole piece (unless of course, you prefer them in slices).
