Perfect cheesecake

This was a perfect cheesecake all around. The cake was not too sweet. It had IMO, a balanced set of flavours.

Center of the cake was not too gooey, so as to not compromise the integrity of the slice. It was just right. I wish I took pictures of the slice but eating the cake was the only thing in mind, each time.

Crust was burnt as described and added a perfectly bitter taste to an already perfectly made cake.

Would totally recommend buying this round burnt goodness.

Thumbs Up

Received thumbs up all around from family members who tried it. Was not too sweet or too rich. Only thing there were some some areas where the cake was still 'wet' (i.e. not set). Delivery was ahead of schedule by 15 mins (which can be good or bad depending, was OK for me that day). Anyhow packing was super secure. Would order again.
