Price not so valuable, maybe just for this time.
Not too sweet, soft & fluffy, cream very smooth, but houjicha taste still not strong enough.
Most of the toppings already moved to one side.
More prefer roasted almond 'flakes' on top, more crunchy & better taste
Overall I think the price is not so valuable for me. First of all, from the first look on the cake there were half of the almond topping moved to a side when I received it, I have to put it all back myself.m, I thought the almond flakes that I chosen was for the toppings but here comes with 'almond nibs'. Luckily I saw almond flakes inside it, but just like not much enough. If topping change to almond flakes maybe will be better? Then the almonds should be roasted, it will be more crunchy and better taste. Lastly, cake was so fluffy, soft, and the cream is so smooth. Overall not too sweet, but for me the houjicha taste still not strong enough, maybe can try to improve it.

Actually I will be more prefer almond flakes as the topping which shows like the photo. Then, the almonds should be roasted, it will be more crunchy and better taste. The cake was so fluffy, soft, and the cream is so smooth. Overall not too sweet, but abit not strong enough for the hojicha taste, maybe can try to improve it.
