This was my first time to order a cake from your company. I called the phone number on your website with some questions.
I talked to a representative named Nabila.
She told me to place my delivery order on your WhatsApp, wouldn’t take my order over the phone. This is difficult to do as I have to keep referring to your online website for the cake name etc.
when I called back , another representative named Sara, told I can place my order right there on your website.
I placed my order there online,with the asked for delivery date and time . Friday 20/10 at 11-13 pm.
When no delivery came, I call to ask why.
I was for the order#. !! There was NO ORDER NUMBER anywhere on my order receipt or on my payment receipt !!
I had to give your representative Lisa, my name, address, phone number and the delivery date and time.
She called back saying the delivery was delayed due to heavy traffic ( which I knew was a LIE)
Then the delivery man called and said he would be there at 2:30pm. He arrived at my condo at 1:25pm !!!! 10MIN AFTER I HAD JUST TALKED WITH HIM. !!!! Why all these lies to me, the customer ??
And now I have to wait 2 weeks to get my delivery charge of RM25 back….. ridiculous
There are hundreds of places to buy cakes here the KL area….. and will go to another place after all the B. S. from EATCAKETODAY.
