Beautiful hot air balloon !

Delivery was prompt. The printing on balloon is exactly as requested and the whole presentation is lovely.

Poor service poor management

I ordered for my friend’s birthday. The balloon was good but they delivered the wrong one with other’s name on it. And Eatcaketoday management is very irresponsible and just compensated a RM10 voucher for their mistake. What a joke! RM10 even not enough for delivery fee. So disappointed with it.
