Cake Care Instruction +

Please keep the cake refrigerated (0-4 °C) after collection and allow the cake to sit at least 3-5 minutes before serving. The cake can be refrigerated for maximum 3 days however it’s advisable to consume within the day of purchase.

Bought this to celebrate my colleague's birthday whom is a vegetarian and I had requested for soy milk to be replaced from dairy milk, I am glad that it was done well ! While it is too beautiful to be eaten, it is not very sweet and goes along very well with the fruits.

Since it is made of jelly, it condenses water and it arrived with water inside the tray. Therefore the jelly is moving around the tray as well but it is still nicely shaped.
