Sorry, but this is the worst cake I’ve ever eaten. It’s too sweet and the texture very powdery. Taste only sugar no lime no coconut. But the cream above still can eat.. I threw away after eating a little bit. And the delivery guy also can even blame me for “giving wrong delivery address” while he claim he is going the way with the address I gave, but then even the post code is so much different… he blame me for his fault. I don’t know what happened with the driver.
The sponge cake is very fresh and the lime gateau is delicious but there is too much cream on the cake and it's also messy to cover and uncover each time I take the cake out to cut. You cannot avoid the cream touching the sides of the cover. Also, this cake box is not very practical as it can open 2 ways and accidents can happen if you don't hold the box properly, the top comes off and the plastic sides are too soft.
