This Jelly cake is not too sweet and a party favourite amongst the young AND the Old. Only set back is that the message on the Jelly Cake mould is stuck with 'Happy Mum's Day'. They can't do a different variation because of the mould. So we stuck a Happy Birthday sigh right over the MUM word. Works just as well.
